How does our Onsite packing service work?
Acme Case provide a dedicated manager to oversee all on site packing jobs.
After the initial consultation, Acme Case will arrange an on-site meeting with our client to understand their expectations re time frames, budgets, the destination of the goods and how the goods will be transported.
Once we have all the information, our Acme experts will provide you a quotation with the best option and when the quotation is accepted, packing dates will be confirmed.

Our consultants will request you forward details of the job including photos, weight, dimensions and any information that will assist in gaining a full understanding of your requirements and offer you practical solutions on packaging advice for your own individual needs. Should our experienced team need to come out to inspect the job to see what’s needed, we will schedule a time to suit the customer.
Once the quote has been accepted, deliver your items to us and we will do the rest.

An example of a recent large scale on-site packing project:
Completed in December 2021 for a global physical commodity trader addressing the semiconductor market. The job ran over a 9 month period with our team working closely with the invested parties, including decommissioning engineers, third party site project management, client operations, heavy lifting teams, freight forwarders. On these large projects it is critical to understand the expectations and potential roadblocks faced by each party.
The total items packed was over 682 cubic meters of sensitive technical machinery, totalling over 300 cases and platforms weighting over 600 ton, all of which were wrapped with VCI heat sealed barrier bag, expertly secured with cradles, strapping, framing and high-density foam linings providing protection for the machinery travelling by sea freight to China.
